SlickShine LLC provides mobile car detailing services. The scope of services and fees are outlined on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, as detailed on our website. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made at the time of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlickShine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use our service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
